What Donald Rumsfeld was working on until he resigned

It’s not really that farfetched. Rumsfeld’s whole thing was getting the military ready for the next generation with toys such as this one. The problem was that 9/11 happened, and he didn’t shift gears. He kept on looking to the future, which made his reactions to current events stupid.
I know. I’m calling him a visionary. He’s not an idiot. He’s just stubborn.
Now we have a military that’s fucked up and no new toys to go with it. This isn’t exactly better.
