A man sat next to a woman in the First Class section of a plane. After a minute or two, the woman sneezed, and then shuddered violently for about fifteen seconds. The man, a bit startled, thought to ask if she was alright, but after a moment saw that she was fine and proceeded to get comfortable. A few minutes later, she sneezed again, and convulsed
uncontrollably for several seconds. The man held his breath, considered calling for assistance, then thought again. She seemed to be alright, he sighed to himself. A few more minutes passed and again the woman sneezed which was followed with even more shaking, bouncing and erratic breath. Unable to restrain himself any more, the man turned and
asked, “Are you alright? Is there anything I can do for you?”
A little embarrased she confessed, “Oh, sorry to disturb you, I have this rare medical condition; whenever I sneeze I have an orgasm.”
Greatly relieved, the man asked “Are you taking anything for it?”
The woman nodded, “Pepper.”
