Prolly shouldn’t go to the gym today

I am still sore from hockey Sunday, but I may not have time to go tomorrow.

They say that you should give your body a day to recover after strenuous activity, and as far as I am concerned, that day was yesterday. I figure if I just take it easy and do a light workout that that will be fine. I just need to do something so I have an excuse to eat today. That corn isn’t going to eat itself, although if I leave it in the fridge much longer, it just might.
